Backstage Secrets: The BRITS 2015

It’s that time of year again! The most exciting date in any British music fan’s calendar!

I’m loving this year’s trophy, designed by none other than the inspirational Tracey Emin!

Curious I am to know how the stars young and old prep & preen for such an important night. The team at GLAMOUR Magazine were yesterday granted backstage access where they found out some dazzling star secrets.

According to B. Make-Up ambassador Cassie Lomas, the BRIT Awards will always connote an air of rock n’ roll rebellion, the opportunity to unleash your wild side and make a statement on the red carpet. Tonight is the perfect opportunity for self expression amongst the stars with smoky eyes and bright lips, a look that’s going to be big news for SS15. B make up is available at Superdrug and boasts a wide range of professional quality eye shadows and lipsticks to help you get the same edgy looks as the likes of Madonna and Taylor Swift, without the pop star price tag!

For the finishing touch, talons are being touched up with ORLY’s range of gel polishes at the Priv station. Priv is a brand new app , the equivalent of cab hailing app Uber, that allows a beautician on demand anywhere at any time, bye bye bank balance!

Selfridges favourite Face Gym has also been on hand with their rehydration station to provide a “work out for the face.” Face Gym is an intense facial that will work out all of your 50 muscles, it’s based on cardio, strength and cooling down. It may not be all gentle massage and chill out music, but the results are impressive: due to the vigorous muscle work out the skin appears de puffed. This facial work out also drains the lymphatics, leaving your complexion glowing.
